PERFORMANCE: "Sconfinamenti – Slow journeys between city and countryside in our neighborhood

This final event on Sunday, 31 August 2025, in the successful “Sconfinamenti” series, was part of the 2025 Florentine Summer Festival, which has seen a growing number of participants and attendees. It is called Jazz Line and was a musical journey through the neighbourhood. It started in Viale dei Mille 14 at the Schlatter House Museum with the international duo Fragmente, who performed their own repertoire of baroque jazz, and then arrived at 7:30 p.m. at the Sassaiola farm in Via Lungo l'Affrico at the Maccianti house, where the McChantee Brothers welcomed us in a sound courtyard for a world premiere. The party ended at Palmerino where we got together and enjoyed a cool evening, relaxing with jazz music and traditional flavours.
