Activities

Inspired by Villa Il Palmerino’s age-old traditions, we organise and promote activities in various fields. They are always diverse and marked by the desire to give a voice to the ‘invisible’, such as promoting little-known female figures from the early twentieth century, or bringing young people’s talents to the fore, by tuning into their creative endeavours and providing opportunities for them to express themselves.

We also seek out topics or historic figures that have not received sufficient attention in the mainstream, by presenting unconventional research in interdisciplinary ways and fostering a non-academic approach that is strongly focused on dialogue. Vernon Lee has taught us to look at the world, not only from an analytical point of view, but from an emotional perspective as well, and this multi-faceted consciousness is one of the strengths of our historic legacy that we strive to uphold in each of our initiatives.
