One last gathering before the summer break: on Thursday, July 23, at 8:00 pm.
Although Il Palmerino will remain open throughout the summer with the exhibition dedicated to Elena Salvini Pierallini, this will be our final event before the summer break.
We are delighted to welcome back our dear friend Luca Scarlini, who will guide us through a fascinating and little-known chapter of Florence's cultural history. His talk, Dance and Mysticism in Florence Between the Two World Wars, explores the remarkable lives of Angiola Sartorio, Charlotte Bara, Anieka Leggett, and Baroness Scaravelli, whose distinctive approach to yoga continues to be practiced in Florence and around the world.
The talk will be interwoven with choreographic performances by Camila Recabarren, whom many of you will remember from her recent performances in the gardens of Villa La Pietra and Villa La Quiete.
The evening will conclude with dinner among the olive trees, a chance to celebrate together before the summer holidays.
Contribution and reservation mandatory: €10 for members, €15 for non-members.
